Representative Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the motion be amended to a time specific, namely, to table HJR 33 for two weeks. Objection was heard. The question being: "Shall the motion be amended to table HJR 33 for two weeks?" Representative Brown moved and asked unanimous consent that HJR 33 be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 2. Representative Vezey objected. The question being: "Shall HJR 33 be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 2?" Representative Navarre moved and asked unanimous consent that the House rescind action in failing to pass HJR 33(fld H) on reconsideration. Objection was heard. Representative Navarre moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw his motion. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HJR 33(fld H) was referred to the Chief Clerk for permanent filing.
